Klondike
The classic solitaire: build four foundations from Ace to King.
How to play
Build the four foundation piles up by suit from Ace to King.
On the tableau, build down in alternating colours. Only a King (or a run starting with a King) may fill an empty column.
Click the stock to turn cards onto the waste; the top waste card can be played. When the stock is empty you may turn the waste over again, a limited number of times.
Face-down cards are turned up when uncovered. The game ends when all cards are on the foundations or no moves remain.
About Klondike
Klondike is the solitaire most people mean when they say "solitaire". You build four foundation piles from Ace to King by suit, and build the seven tableau columns down in alternating colours. You can choose between drawing one card or three from the stock, which changes the difficulty a great deal.

Tips for Klondike
- Prefer moves that turn a face-down card over: more information beats a tidier tableau.
- Only empty a column if you have a King ready to put in it, because only Kings can fill a gap.
- Do not rush aces and twos to the foundations if you might need them as places to build down on.
