Go Fish
Ask for ranks, fish from the pond and collect the most books of four.
How to play
Each player is dealt 7 cards (5 with four or more players). The rest form the pond.
On your turn ask one opponent for a rank you hold: drag one of your cards of that rank onto that player's hand.
If they have any, they hand them all over and you ask again. If not, 'Go Fish': draw one card from the pond. Drawing the rank you asked for lets you go again.
Four cards of one rank make a book. When all 13 books are made the player with the most books wins.
About Go Fish
Go Fish is a simple rank-collecting game for two to six players. On your turn you ask another player for a rank you already hold, and if they have any they must hand them over; if not, you "go fish" from the pond. Four cards of the same rank make a book, and the player with the most books wins.

Tips for Go Fish
- Ask for the rank you hold the most of: it gets you to a book fastest.
- Remember who asked for what. A player can only ask for a rank they hold, so every request tells you what is in their hand.
- If you draw the rank you asked for from the pond, you get another turn, so it pays to ask for ranks you are likely to pull.
Questions about Go Fish
How many people can play Go Fish?
Go Fish is played by between 2 and 6 players. Real players and bots can share a table, so a game can always start even if you do not have enough people.
Can I play Go Fish against the computer?
Yes. Pick easy, medium or hard bots and start straight away. Bots only use what a player in their seat could see, so they cannot peek at your cards.
Can I play Go Fish online with friends?
Yes. Create a private room and share its code, or join a quick match. If someone drops out mid-game, a bot takes over their seat.
